Thanks for the quick and HONEST response! Haha, yes, it was very suprising for someone to advocated the lower priced product.
I will be picking up the sky high vertical program very soon
Thanks once again.

Thanks for the question,

Honestly I think that Sky High would more suit your needs. This is for a number of reasons (hey how many people will tell you to spend less money :)

1. The combine has a number of tests. Many of these are unrelated to sprinting. Since the plan is specifically targeting the combine for football it will have a bunch of extraneous stuff that does not apply to sprinting.

2. The athletic domination plan involves a fairly high volume and frequency of training making it tough to fit in with sport practices. Players prepping for indy only have school to attend since they are ending their college careers. It will be easier to fit sky high into a track practice schedule.

3. Sky high addresses the key components for sprinting like hip power, reactivity, etc... I would only add in 2 more p-chain exercises each week (like adding in 1 movement on monday and 1 on friday) and 1 foot function/ankle stiffness drill every day

4. The combine program doesn't go into the science very much.

I am revamping the program and will include a modified 16 week program and the last 10 week combine prep program we used and will map out the design on a graph so the user can see how we manage the long term delayed training effect. That would be worth seeing.

Hey Alex, I was wondering if this program was something a track and field sprinter could look into? Btw, how could this work for a conditioned sprinter? Or is this some sort of program that peaks you just for the combine and stuff. also would there be something i could learn from this or is it just a straight up program ? The claims seem pretty intense, .5 off my 40 would be pretty godlike but its probably not too plausible if u start with a 4.7. Thanks, im really looking into some of your products, and ill probably buy the sky high one soon. peace

Plyo Guy: You weight 115 lbs and think that only doing plyos is enough for you to reach a big vert. Seriously bro, hit the gym and gain some weight.

What about personal trainers who can do entire sessions with clients using nothing but the cable stack. And they seem to do this with EVERY client. At a gym I occasionally visit I have seen the trainers almost freak out of all the cable stacks are full. I would like to organize one of those stupid mass people movements and have all the gym users hog the cable stacks for a few hours. I would love to know what the trainers would do. Probably call it quits and go home.
