Get Involved & Updates
Hey readers, just some quick updates for you.
1) I’m going to be changing my schedule. Instead of putting up new content on Wednesday’s and Friday’s, I’m going to change that to one post per week on Thursday. The reason being that I’m starting to dislike how short my posts are getting. I’d rather pick a meaningful topic and make it worth your time, as opposed to spitting out small chunks of information here and there. That is, unless, you don’t want me to. I’d appreciate you opinion on this.
2) Get involved. You have no idea how much it brightens my day when I get a comment to my posts. If you lurk, feel free to e-mail me just to say hello. I’d love to talk to you.
3) Recommend articles and topics. Just the other day I got asked (on Facebook) to write about a specific topic. Guess what? I’m going to write about it. So if you have anything you want me to write about, suggest it!
4) Get after me on social media. I have links to my Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ account. If you use one of them, just click my name and either friend or follow me. I try to churn out other good information I come across so it’s not like I keep spewing the same information from this blog.
Until next week!

I like having different reads during the week. I think if I didn’t get something or I wanna deepen my knowledge on what you wrote I would just ask! That’s my insight on it. Still it’s your blog!
Thanks for sharing knowledge!
Hi, I’m Felipe from TS forums. I’m lurking since your first blog started. I like your approach to fitness philosophy.
I would like to see something about balance between important lifts. I posted about this on the forum and tried getting some good goals merging beastskill records with poliquin’s % based on closed grip bench press (which I hate) as reference. Also looked at stronglift forum user experiences and others.
I think this is very important and way underrated, no trainer (other than rippetoe-kilgore for big lifts and the just cited poliquin) reflected on such a thing.
Also, if you are a fitness enthusiast but not a professional lifter, basically nobody will tell you what you are supposed to lift…for feeling “strong”.
I can certainly write about my feelings on this topic, but I don’t think it would be what you expect. Give me a week or two to gather my thoughts.
