those are some good numbers, but what were their verts when they started the program? Is it really .5 sec off their 40's, or did you mean to write over .05 secs off their 40?

Generally Verts were in the 30-32"range. For the OL and DL they started around 25" and jumped 30" or better.
The 40 times were .5 seconds so that was not a typo.
